Dr. Pressler is a European Patent attorney and has over thirty-five years of experience in the biotech industry including white, green, blue and red biotechnology. At BASF he led as Vice President a group of IP attorneys dealing with all IP matters for the food, feed and aroma chemical business including IP prosecution, opposition/appeal procedures, defending/enforcing own IP as well as in and out licensing. He as a broad knowledge and experience in the field of complex R&D and licensing contracts and in particular in M&A. After his retirement in 2020 he worked for BASF as IP consultant and contract facilitator. In 2022 he joined Gen-H as IP expert.
